SENIOR ADULT
SERVICES
Our Senior Adult Day Center helps the frail elderly continue to live in their own homes, and remain part of our community. This program accepts persons with limited vision and other disabilities. The Senior Adult Day Center provides transportation to our facility, a warm meal and a warm welcome. Each day is filled with recreational and educational activities. Our Bergen NJ EASE care management program sends professional social workers into the homes of seniors in need of further assessment, planning and focused assistance.
